The course objectives for this class is to have each student discern the difference between various wine grape types by recognizing the flavor profile. Learn what constitutes fruit-acid-sugar harmony in a well-made wine. Understand wine regional characteristics according to climatic influences. Develop the ability to articulate what wines you like, dislike, and why and discover wines of superior value-to-cost ratio. Each class will feature tasting comparisons between 6 - 8 wines.
